Our deal went in the hands of numerous people as they are working shortened hours due to the pandemic. Patrick Robertson was our sales person (I know him and have bought from him before) he worked with me for over a week via text. Wanted to thank him for putting up with my annoying self and text messages for that extended period of time. But as always he was accommodating and professional! We were unable to get much done over the phone, email, texts because they were too busy with customers in the store daily. He recommended we came in to get the ball rolling. And unfortunately we were unable to go on a day he was working. He referred us over to Adam Williams. Adam was also Great! Very understanding and helpful. Helped pick out the perfect vehicle for my husband that would also fit our budget and needs. Adam then had Zach Gibbs help us with the sale etc. Zach was awesome too! Very down to earth and mellow (not an annoying over bearing sales person). Then our finance manager was going to be Ricky (didnt get his last name), however while waiting for my husband to get there, he was put on another sale. He did get the deal approved and worked out a fabulous deal! Bob (Robert Vespi) was our finance guy in the end. He was very honest and straight forward. Took care of us! Im happy I was able to work with the BOZARD crew to make this happy for mu hubby. He loves his new car! SO again a VERY BIG THANKS to Patrick, Adam, Zach, Ricky and Bob!!!
