Love my new GLA 250 while I accomplished on line reviews of small SUV's, I was just starting my short list of test drives. The MB of Cinti floor manager lined me up with while I accomplished on line reviews of small SUV's, I was just starting my short list of test drives. The MB of Cinti floor manager lined me up with Zack Glutz as I walked in the place. I told Zack that so far I liked the Audi Q 3 best. He quickly but pleasently got me and my girlfriend in a GLA 250 for an orientation and test drive. I been around a long time and I appreciated Zack's direct (minimum BS) style. He let the 250 sell itself on some rolling back roads and expressway. Back at the lot he helped us find a 250 with a finish and features we liked without steering us. My girlfriend gave me a (I like ths car) look so we went inside and negotiated with Zack. I am never sure I get the best deal but I am happy with the outcome. The whole process took about an hour. Zack and my new GLA 250 are all good. I will gladly do repeat business with Zack Glutz. More
