My experience with Royal Moore Subaru was fine. I am very happy with the car that I bought, but the process was messy. Initially, I worked with Javier and he was great! Very kind and professional. I was given different prices for my car multiple times, paper work was incorrect, charges were added on last minute due to their errors, and communication between the staff was severely lacking.
