I initially went in to the dealership to get my 2018 Ram 1500 truck serviced. By the way the two ladies which I do not remember their names have wonderful customer service skills. They actually talked me i 1500 truck serviced. By the way the two ladies which I do not remember their names have wonderful customer service skills. They actually talked me into looking into walking into the lot to take a look at what was new after I expressed the amount of miles my vehicle had plus no warranty. The rest I will say was a great experience between salesman John Paz and then the gentleman in finance Ray Ortiz. Both were very thorough and went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed and more. More
