I feel I should preface this by saying I have never bought a vehicle from Front Royal Ford. That being said my experience with their Repair shop was top notch. The staff was very personable and they me bought a vehicle from Front Royal Ford. That being said my experience with their Repair shop was top notch. The staff was very personable and they meet and exceeded my expectations. I guess my only complaint would be that they didn’t leave me the keys to the Mustang Mach 3 that they left at my house when they picked up my vehicle. I would have very much enjoyed taking it for a test ride for a couple of days. Other than that my experience was Five Stars all the way. More

This would have been no stars if I could have rated lower. This was the worst service I experienced in more than 40 years as a Ford customer.
