I’ve had 5 visits in 2025 and they have all been stellar! I’ve could give higher commendations to both Zach Schuett and Zach Reed. The two of them have been incredible to work with on my Highlander and my Tu I’ve could give higher commendations to both Zach Schuett and Zach Reed. The two of them have been incredible to work with on my Highlander and my Tundra, being very realistic on service recommendations and not pushing excess items. Most recently, Zach Reed spent hours on the phone with the warranty company, fighting to get a repair covered (and saving me ~$6,000). It’s unfortunate when repairs are required but how the dealership and team respond is what’s most critical. Toyota of Brookfield didn’t manufacture the vehicle, but they’re doing everything possible to keep it on the road. On top of excellent service team, the waiting area is meticulously maintained, with my personal favorite being the fresh popcorn. You can tell the entire team is there to support their customers 100%, and I 100% recommend them! More
