After finding the perfect truck for me and transferring that from another dealership, the White River team made the process of trading my old vehicle and purchasing this new one a breeze, including covering additional service visits at my local dealer to replace a chipped windshield from transit & install the tonneau cover which arrived after I drove the truck off the lot. 10 out of 10 experience with this crew, I will certainly be referring friends interested in a new Toyota to this crew, no matter where in VT or the Northeast they might be shopping from. This is our 2nd purchase from WRT and had a pleasant experience two years ago when we purchased our 2023 Highlander Hybrid. We had already put a deposit on the 2025 Rav4 Hybrid. We were assigned to John experience two years ago when we purchased our 2023 Highlander Hybrid. We had already put a deposit on the 2025 Rav4 Hybrid. We were assigned to John after the Sales rep we had moved to another career. John kept us up to date on progress of the car delivery and when it was ready to be picked up. When we arrived, we got to test drive before the final signing, With Zach and John, we reviewed all the documents, the trade in value on my Subaru (It didn't change from our initial meeting with prior rep,) and signed final documents. It was a pleasure to work with both John and Zach. John also reviewed the app connection on my phone with the car and then explained all the buttons and dash features in the car. We were testing the seat set features on the door and for some reason it wasn't saving our settings so they both went to the service department and were able to get it reset in just a few minutes. Before leaving I was informed I could get a free gift! A reusable Water Bottle. Picked a red one of course. These little things do matter! Driving away in "Ruby" put a smile on my face and I felt confident in our decision and all the process. John called a few days later to see how things were going and asked if I had any questions, (which I did not), but I know that in the future, if something should puzzle me on a feature John will be as close as my phone to help me out. It has been great doing business with John and Zach as well as the whole White River Toyota Sales and Service. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. So when you got to White River Toyota, ask for John Culotta, and tell him Mary P referred you! More

Met John while we were checking out a new RAV4 to replace our current 2020 model. We had a trade difference in mind before we went and after a bit of negotiation reached our acceptable trade. John was great our current 2020 model. We had a trade difference in mind before we went and after a bit of negotiation reached our acceptable trade. John was great to work with and there was no pressure what so ever. We now have a new 2025 RAV4 and love it. It is our sixth RAV4 from White River Toyota since 2001.
