Upon inspection of the vehicle, it had minor damage and I have to wait at least a week before it’s repaired so that is a pretty big bummer. Maybe I’m naive because I’ve never purchased a brand new vehicle but I wasn’t expecting over 200 miles on it and having it repaired before I even get to take it home. This in no way reflects on Zach...he’s the best at his job and Id recommend him any day to anyone! More

I am pleased that the team pulled through all the COVID-19 barriers to assist me and assure my customer satisfaction. I am very happy with my 2020 Corolla. It has great acceleration and super horsepower! The guys just need to spell my name correctly and get the right social security number on my credit application. Additionally, I hope that the quality assurance of the maintenance service performed and required on my car will assure that it safely passes VT state inspection and that the Toyota I am leasing at White River Toyota will have a legal state inspection sticker on it for the duration of the lease. I appreciate a heads up on a current inspection sticker and rotation of my tires. I truly appreciate Zachary's Robert's footwork and the honest communication of the whole team working together to deliver a new Toyota in spite of a few obstacles! Thank you! More

I started this adventure via email with Nicole who was quick and informative. She was personable and not too “in my face” with anything. I was then introduced to Zach the very next week (via Nicole) and he was also on it! He answered most all questions within an hour with the exception of a couple which I never waited more than 12 hours. The pick up day was amazing and spot on with what I was told would go down. In, out and done! Chris with financing was great too. Again, very informative but never too pushy and cheesy like some can be. Highly recommend doing biz with White River Toyota. More
