Best ones let the customer guide them toward the best match they have for that customer's particular circumstances.. My husband and I were looking for a new car (our first Hybrid) and happened to "be assigned' to Zach. How wonderful to have a salesman so kind, thorough and patient. He didn't pressure us at all. We preferred to do all of the price/extra options discussions directly with Zach. However, we met the sales manager later and he was very nice. Zach helped us choose a great car and instructed us in its use. He set some of the settings for us, which was great because there is a lot of new technology in this car, compared to our last car. He has been helpful when we have had questions after we bought the car. Zach is genuinely very nice and hard-working - the kind of young man you would want for a next-door neighbor. More
