I was impressed by his knowledge of what was available, what was possible to get within a few months and trade in value. After ordering a new 2022 Rav 4 to be delivered in 3-4 months I was glad that Lucas kept me in mind when a 2023 with the color and features that I wanted became available. I do question the length of time it takes for paperwork, I had asked during the purchase of the car to get the cost of the undercoating as on my last purchase it was included in the total cost. This wasn’t done until Marty sat down to go over options and so then had to revise the paperwork, also confusion on the transfer of my license plates. And I also don’t understand the state sales tax charged on paperwork ( dealer fee and DMV fees) but it was . So about 2 hours to buy a car without financing.. More

We traded in our RAV4 for a new model and WRJ gave us a great trade in price.
