Brian is a " people person " and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase as well as explained all the things to me to make sure I was comfortable leaving the lot with my new Grand Highlander Limited Hybrid. This is the first time I've worked with Zach, in the past I've worked with Nate.. both very good and again very willing to make sure all questions are answered and I left a happy customer..Never once have I felt rushed or pushed into anything at WRT.
