As it was the last day of the month, and my sales guy was off, Zack helped me close on my vehicle that same day, thus enduring I received the additional $2,750 incentive. Zack was great, but I would say the closing process was quite slow, (over 1.75 hrs - discussions & paperwork were easy and quick but the process was sprinkled with long periods of just waiting around that totaled well over an hour of waiting time. I took delivery the next day w/Zack and the vehicle was ready and the process quick. Over-all I would say I was happy. More
