Zach our salesman was great. Previously experienced two other salesman that same day at different dealerships and Zach was patient with us never feeling rushed. We had a great time throughout the entire experience and glad we made the drive up compared to working with our local dealership. Although minimal, I felt as if the dealership needs sectioned off areas for the specific for each salesman. The shared desk space stuff is odd and left our salesman struggling to find a working and open computer. Some improvement for the customer experience with a more private area in a more comfortable space would be my only feedback. Small detail but happy to share from our experience. We appreciate the team there and thus far extremely happy with the process, our truck, and the clear communication. More
