It was February, I emailed ahead & the car was inside, warm & easy to inspect. Very clean vehicle, in fact all the vehicles on the lot were in very good to excellent condition. Zach was quite busy that day but once I decided to buy the process was quick. They gave me a fair trade on my 2007 Avalanche. I would gladly purchase from them again. Worth the 960 mile trip I traded in my Tundra for some more horsepower picking up a Ram 3500. I was a bit nervous as they made me an offer over the phone and from past expe I traded in my Tundra for some more horsepower picking up a Ram 3500. I was a bit nervous as they made me an offer over the phone and from past experience at other dealerships, once you arrive they try and find a scratch here or there and offer you less money. However this was not the case after my 14 hour drive north up to the dealership. Everything was as they said including the truck I purchased from them. It was in great shape inside and out. I did drive the truck around the block before taking delivery which was great however a little bit into my 14 hour drive back to South Carolina I did notice the alignment is slightly off and will have to have it taken care of back home. Probably my fault for not taking a longer test drive prior to delivery. However overall I would certainly buy from these guys again without a worry. Zach was great and the finance department hooked me up with an awesome rate and again made it super easy. I think I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes which was awesome. I would recommend Lenz Truck Center to anyone looking for a gently used truck in new condition. Thank you for a beautiful truck!! More
