We contacted the dealership (from whom we had previously bought a vehicle) via their website via the Internet and the associate was very helpful and referred us to Zach. We told Zach what we were interested in and he got back to us immediately. We told him how we wanted to do the initial evaluation of the vehicle they had in stock and when we showed up, he met us and dealt with us in exactly the way we had asked him to interact with us. He listened to our request and answered every question with knowledge and assurance, and if he didn’t know the answer, he immediately told us and he researched the answer and found out and got back to us in no time at all. He did not run any sales pitch games or pressure us in any way. He allowed us to make our evaluations and offered helpful suggestions if it sounded like we were uncertain about something. We can honestly say that we would not have made this purchase without the expertise and quality customer service that Zach exhibited.
