The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Run, don't walk, away from there, and whatever you do, don't leave your car with them. You go in for a simple oil and filter change, and entire life. Run, don't walk, away from there, and whatever you do, don't leave your car with them. You go in for a simple oil and filter change, and they end up damaging your vehicle, specifically the main computer and a module. It took them over 14 weeks just to turn around and blame the battery. 😂😂😂 The technicians are useless, the service staff is useless, the service manager is useless, they are all useless. They returned my car missing parts that they claimed they were going to order—I called two weeks later, and they still hadn't ordered them. They are useless! More

Customer service was great but after picking up the vehicle from getting the transmission replaced. On the way home the transmission started overheating. They replaced the part that was causing the iss vehicle from getting the transmission replaced. On the way home the transmission started overheating. They replaced the part that was causing the issue but another problem was that the transmission fluid was overfilled as well. I think it’s ridiculous that I had to go behind a professional tech and show them proof that it was overfilled. More
