After 15 years in the automotive industry Zack has experienced change but one thing that does not change is customer service. Keeping his service customers informed while their car is being serviced has never varied. Knowing his customers has not changed either. Being able to communicate and understand what the customer needs and expects is the best way to expedite the whole service interval. Some people call it feedback and more properly, for Zack’s customers, it is appreciation for a thoroughly professional approach to having their vehicle serviced. With two sons and a daughter, Zack’s life is full, but he still finds time to relax through fishing and following the Florida Gators.

They diagnosed the problem on Friday. The part came in on Monday. I returned on Tuesday and it was fixed in under an hour. Quick and efficient! After calling ahead to schedule recall work this dealership told me they have the parts and to just come any day at any time to have the work done. The day I selected was 5 days later and after acce dealership told me they have the parts and to just come any day at any time to have the work done. The day I selected was 5 days later and after accepting the vehicle I was told they did not have the required part and they would have to order it. This was a solid waste of my time that could have easily been avoided with next level customer care. More

My car needed the engine replaced it is not a car they sell but I have taken different cars there with very good service , I trust them at Phillips in Fruitland Park and have never been disappointed.
