1st. I was told my vehicle was ready a day late after the wrong part was ordered. This was an inconvenience! 2nd. I was told that my vehicle would be left out front for me to pick up after I got off work a wrong part was ordered. This was an inconvenience! 2nd. I was told that my vehicle would be left out front for me to pick up after I got off work and that my keys would be left with the receptionist. When I arrived, I could not locate my vehicle up front and the Receptionist knew nothing about my vehicle. I waited well over 30 minutes for the receptionist to find someone to help me. That person finally found my key and we drove around the whole lot in the golf cart to later find my car all the way in the back. No where near where I was told it was supposed to be. By this time I wasted well over 45 minutes of my evening. This whole experience including the rip off diagnostic fee was such an inconvenience!! More

Great! Zach is always very helpful. My seats were getting too hot but not sure of the problem but it was noted to keep an eye on the problem. Not able to fix Zach is always very helpful. My seats were getting too hot but not sure of the problem but it was noted to keep an eye on the problem. Not able to fix it at this time but Zach went over with me what we need to watch for in the future. Always a pleasure working with Zach. More

Oil change on my Colorado I always get my routine maintenance at Bradshaw because of the quality of service, the speed, and the ease of setting up an appointment. The lounge is I always get my routine maintenance at Bradshaw because of the quality of service, the speed, and the ease of setting up an appointment. The lounge is nice and is a great place to hang out for an hour. I really appreciate how nice and clean everything is, including the bay where you pull your car in. Zack Moran took care of me. He explained everything my truck needed in detail, and I don't feel like I'm being sold anything I don't need. I trust Zack and Bradshaw to take good care of me and my truck. More

My appointment was easy to schedule, arrived to a smiling professional that knew my name. He performed a 360 review of my vehicle while making notes. Zack offered me a beverage while I waited for a car. Zack was very professional and courteous. The department was clean, neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Bradshaw for service and sales. More
