Zack is great I usually call Zack when I need service work on my Chevy truck. I have come to trust his honesty, advice, fairness when it comes to recommendations an I usually call Zack when I need service work on my Chevy truck. I have come to trust his honesty, advice, fairness when it comes to recommendations and holding my pricing estimates to actual costs. He has a way of explaining technical things in an understandable manner and is pleasant to deal with. The service is always performed in a timely manner and when needed, the dealership provides me with shuttle service to where I need to be and picks me up later. No complaints at all with these folks. More

2016 Cadillac SRX Serviced 45,000 miles I had the oil and filter changed, tires rotated, full transmission service, passenger compartment filter replaced. Also fixed an oil leak and engine air filter changed. Zack Moran has been my service manager, since I purchased the car in May 2019. He has been an excellent service person. He really cares about his customers. He is very through with the details of getting the work done right. He goes over everything with you that is to be done and has been done. He wants to make sure that you are happy and pleased, when you leave the shop. He also called me and kept me informed about the progress of the work that was done to correct the oil leak. More
