I pulled my car into the lot, went inside and told the salesperson I could hear an annoying ticking sound emanating from the front passenger side of the car. When I lightly touch the brake it ceases makin salesperson I could hear an annoying ticking sound emanating from the front passenger side of the car. When I lightly touch the brake it ceases making the sound. When I take my foot off the brake the annoying sound returns.He said to wait in the waiting area so they could check it out. He came back 15 minutes later and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it- no annoying ticking sound. I said okay. I pulled out of your lot, went about a block and the annoying ticking sound was there. I got this car a couple months ago and the annoying ticking sound started the other day. A person would have to be stone deaf not to hear it. More

I was sold a vehicle with issues and they refused to fix it bc I didn’t buy their extended warranty. It was within the parameters of the month it was bought. Scheduling was quick and easy over the phone. When I arrived, the service advisor immediately let me know they were short-staffed, with only one oil change technician available for all appoint When I arrived, the service advisor immediately let me know they were short-staffed, with only one oil change technician available for all appointments. I appreciated the upfront honesty and was informed that the wait would be longer than usual. Throughout the visit, I received timely updates via text and email. The service was completed as expected, and before I left, the advisor offered a sincere apology once again for the extended wait. More
