The team at DePaula made my first purchase of a new car a stress free experience. He was able to answer all of my questions and worked to accommodate my tight schedule. Mikayla was the sales consultant I worked with and when I let her know my budget and the features that were important to me she was receptive and gave me great feedback. After test driving a new Mazda3 Select and looking over a few pre-owned options I decided to go with a new 2023 hatch. Mikayla and Stephanie worked through all the paperwork and explained everything in detail as we finalized the process in no time at all. The whole process was smooth and painless. 10 Jamil is a super nice guy. Low key but attentive and informative. He does speak or act like the stereotypical car sale person. He's not over exuberant or pushy. They gave us space to kick the tires. The finance girl Stephanie was really nice and got us in and out in like 25 minutes while still being thorough. She knows what she's doing! And, she didn't try and sell us all the normal garbage like special paint sealants and undercoat etc. instead she made us aware of a great deal on prepaid oil changes and tire rotation. The dealership overall is first class and felt like I was in one of the 'premium' brands. Overall one of the better car buying experiences. More
