Let me start by saying I hate buying new cars and was not looking forward to the process. Fortunately, my sales guy was Zaya Ochana. I have to tell you, Zaya did everything right. He was very professional looking forward to the process. Fortunately, my sales guy was Zaya Ochana. I have to tell you, Zaya did everything right. He was very professional, friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. In short, he made it an enjoyable experience. In addition, I was on a pretty tight time frame the day of purchase. Knowing that, Zaya worked hard to expedite the process so I could keep the time commitments I had that day. Next I met with the “finance guy”. At this point I thought things would get a bit less enjoyable. Fortunately, I was wrong. Thomas Sayasane was also extremely professional, informative, and friendly. He explained to me the various additional options without attempting to pressure me and also worked quickly to expedite the process on my behalf. It was a pleasant surprise and one which completed the sales process in a very positive manner. In short, my purchase at Schaumburg Toyota was an enjoyable experience and one which I would recommend to my friends and family. More

The sales Professional Zaya Ochana Was very nice and friendly and he work with his manager Joe Shoemaker to make our experience buying a Toyota the best car experience we ever had.! The car my wife wan friendly and he work with his manager Joe Shoemaker to make our experience buying a Toyota the best car experience we ever had.! The car my wife wanted was a White 4 runner with all the bells and whistles and it had to come from another Toyota dealership, Zaya got the car on his day off and gave me a call that night and told me that I could come in and pick it that would have to cleaned and ready to go. Zaya Ochana stayed late and spend a hour going step by step with my wife so she understood every feature about the car, along with setting up her phone to the car for the hands free calling.. I never written a review for something I have purchased, but I feel The Schaumburg Toyota really cares about the cars they sell, and the people they sell them to.I would highly recommend this dealers. I came in on a pretty slow day thanks to our random blizzard like weather. Zaya helped me right away. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy a car that day but zaya and the sales managers gave me a great blizzard like weather. Zaya helped me right away. I recently had the pleasure of working with Zaya. He was great! He recommended what he thought I would like, and he was right. He was very patient with me as I test drove numerous models. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new and/or used car. Zaya and the entire Schaumburg Toyota staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. In truth my wife a interested in purchasing a new and/or used car. Zaya and the entire Schaumburg Toyota staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. In truth my wife and I traveled 421 miles in search of the "perfect" car. I had to put truth in Zaya and I was not disappointed. Upon arriving after a long car ride I arrived to a car that was warm and ready to test drive. Zaya even went as fas as to help us turn our rental car in and find a nice place to eat. I would like to mention that when originally finding this car after searching for six months I was disappointed to find out that my "perfect" car was sold. Zaya immediately called me when the couple that originally purchased the car neglected to secure financing and informed me that it was again available. Additionally, Zaya called me when my wife and I were on our way to Illionis and informed us that the couple who originally purchased the car came back to buy it but they had to wait until we arrived to see if we were going to purchase it. Also, Zaya and his staff cleaned the car, filled it with gas, and gave me a free set of automobile mats. I was so blown away with this dealership that I thought it must not be real. But I will assure you I am not an easy person to please and I feel so strongly about recommending Schaumburg Toyota, that I am taking the time to write this review. In all honesty, this is the first review that I have written. As a follow up the car is everything that I was promised and two weeks after purchasing it I recieved the second call from Zaya asking me if I was still pleased with my purchase. The topper, Zaya made a promise to me that he would attempt to retrive the second key for my BMW and to my disbelief he called me and is sending it to me as I am writing this review. In short, in this day and age it is very difficult to find a dealership and/or a person that you can trust. With that being said, I was able to put trust in Zaya and the entire staff at Schaumburg Toyota. I would highly recommend Zaya as a friend and trusted car salesman.(oxymoron) Thanks Zaya! Schaumburg Toyota has been one of the best dealerships I have encountered when looking for a used vehicle. They did not have the car I found online because it got sold so quickly (goes to show they always h have encountered when looking for a used vehicle. They did not have the car I found online because it got sold so quickly (goes to show they always have the best price), but Zaya showed me other vehicles comparable and ensured me only the best deal I could get for my money. I left extremely happy and satisfied. They are professional, honest, and extremely courteous.
