I recently totaled my Chevy Volt. I wanted a small SUV and decided to look at a used Kia Sportage. After a bad experience at another dealership, I was a bit nervous to try Sport Mazda North. However, I am and decided to look at a used Kia Sportage. After a bad experience at another dealership, I was a bit nervous to try Sport Mazda North. However, I am a nurse, and at the beginning of the pandemic, this dealership offered free oil changes to all the nurses at my facility. I decided to give them a try. Zee met me at the door and brought the car to a covered area in service to see because it was raining. He showed me the car and all of its features, I liked the vehicle but the Mazda CX-5 was also on my list of possible cars, so I asked him what they had in my price range. I think it’s important to understand that I asked, he didn’t push the more expensive vehicle on me. Again, he brought the vehicle to the covered area for me to see. I fell in love with the vehicle and knew I was going to buy it. I got prepared for the hard sell tactics, but they never surfaced. I was allowed to take the vehicle for an extended test drive to show my husband, and when I returned we discussed the price. Again, I waited for the hard sell tactics… again, they never surfaced. I was told the price (as posted on their website listing). It was within $1000 of Kelly blue book value. They did ask me to finance through them, and when I told them my credit union rate, they actually beat it (never had that happen before). I was waiting on my insurance to send me the payout for my totaled vehicle, so I returned a day later to purchase the car. I brought my husband because surely, now we would see the hard sell practices I had been fearing….but they never surfaced, ever. From walking in the door to driving away, I felt totally respected and valued as a customer. Sport Mazda has made me a life long customer! Ask for Zee…. He is a little quiet, but that man knows his business! More

I contacted Sport Mazda North via internet regarding a new car. The communication was timely, but confusing. I drove two hours to the dealership, and am very thankful the internet person was not available new car. The communication was timely, but confusing. I drove two hours to the dealership, and am very thankful the internet person was not available. Zee took excellent care of my questions and requests. No pressure selling at all. He also stayed late after close to make sure all of my questions were answered about my new car. Alex, a manager, stopped by to go over figures, and again there was no pressure to buy. He has a fantastic attitude, and shows an understanding of his customer. Quick paperwork, and no surprises or heavy selling in the financial department. All round, an excellent dealership. I've bought two other Mazdas, and this was hands-down the best experience. Now I know where to go for my next one. More

Zee was absolutely a wonderful person to work with while buying our vehicle. He was kind and caring, very thorough and considerate. He was not your typically pushy salesman which I do not like to deal wit buying our vehicle. He was kind and caring, very thorough and considerate.
