We visited Sport Mazda North on a Sunday afternoon, Zee met us and we had a friendly conversation about what I was looking for in a car. He showed me the cars they had and explained the features of each. H met us and we had a friendly conversation about what I was looking for in a car. He showed me the cars they had and explained the features of each. He listened to what I wanted and my preferences. There was no upselling or redirection or tired “experienced” sales language or tactics. He took the time to get a quote worked up, let us take it with us, along with other informational printouts and said he would follow up. He left a message the next day. We returned three days later and bought a car from him, with special service courtesy and assistance from Alex. Zee was courteous, “listened” to us, did what I asked and went a little beyond that and ensured great customer service! In between visits to the North dealership I visited Sport Mazda South and was just as impressed, which told me their management is doing several things right. Thank you Lori for the good conversation and courtesy. The process of completing the sale was completed quickly, considering all the pieces. I will be recommending them all to my network. More
