Although I was not sold on that one, he was very attentive listening to every word and showed me a vehicle I might like better. Needless to say he did and for the price I wanted. My overall experience was great! I had never driven a Mazda before or set foot in one of the dealerships and was happily pleased. The sales manager and finance department responsively worked with me to finalize where I then received a thorough walkthrough of how to use and set up certain features. This included the setting up of the mobile app before I left too. I’d recommend Sport Mazda North to anyone. More

The moment you walk into the dealership service department, its a great experience. Very friendly advisers who know there business and go out of there way to assist you. This is my 5th vehicle from Sport Mazda North/Cory Fairbanks Mazda. My husband and I came to Mazda back in September just looking at the time. Zee was very helpful in assisting us with our question Fairbanks Mazda. My husband and I came to Mazda back in September just looking at the time. Zee was very helpful in assisting us with our questions about the Mazda CX 9. We test drove the car and loved it. He was very understand that we were just looking and was not in a rush to buy the car. Fast forward 2 months later and last Thursday we went back to Mazda. Jorell greeted us, and let us know Zee was working with another customer. We went wanting to look at the 2021 Mazda CX 5. Jorell did a great job helping me with my indecisiveness. I chose to get the CX 5. Jorell did a wonderful job getting us through all the paperwork in a quick and timely manner. Then Jorell introduced us to Beth who gave us a detailed run down on all the safety measures and the new things that are in the 2021 CX 5 compared to the 2016 version my husband has. She even helped him with his keys to his car, and suggested that he buy key covers for them. Who knew there was such a thing. Jorell, Beth, and Zee have amazing customer service. They made us feel at home. This place has Always made me feel that way. Thank you for everything! More
