She brought over sales personnel who obviously had the authority and ability to negotiate what I believe was a very fair price (including providiing a fair price for my trade in vehicle). And your finance people were excellent. Once I finally agreed to the "out the door" price, the paperwork was drawn up quickly and efficiently. I truly believe that had it not been for Yocasta, I probably would not have purchased the vehicle. More

I was very surprised and happy with the negotiation of the vehicle that was very smooth with no tricks or long delays as far as getting the deal we were looking for. Basically, I told them what we were looking for, what we wanted to pay, and they agreed to it no tricks, no stalling, no attempting to add items we didn't want. Zeke Howes went through the finance paperwork quickly and explained everything. He offered us an extended warranty, explained the various options, and when we said we were not interested, there was no hard sell, he just moved on and got us out of there. I feel we got a great deal on our new Crown Signia Limited, and we are super happy with the vehicle. My previous experience at Ed Morse Toyota (dealer closest to our home) was very disappointing and we almost looked at a different make of vehicle since their salesmen didn't seem interested in getting off their phones long enough to talk to us. (Literally, three of them were leaning against a Crown Signia, two of them didn't bother to look up from their phones and the one who did, spent the whole time talking to us barely lifting his eyes from what was on his phone). Horatio, Jose Paredes (Sales Manager), and the other Sales Manager (Sorry, can't remember his name) who we talked to were very professional and nice. We never felt pressured, but felt we were well taken care of. We are enjoying our new Crown Signia and are very happy that we went to Al Hendrickson Toyota. More
