Spoke to Ana Grau on the phone regarding a used vehicle I was interested in. Wanted preliminary pricing before driving two and a half hours to see it. She never got back to me so I had to call her. I messaged her we were on our way. When we arrived at the dealership, she wasn't even there and never told us. Probably for the best since Najeeb, the sales advisor who helped us was great. Entire process took way too long in my opinion. We were there for over six hours, Over two of them was just waiting to see someone in finance. Overall we are happy with the vehicle. More
