my name is Saverio Macaluso on 10/10/22 You sold me a DODGE GRAND CARAVAN (VIN NR 2C4RDGEKR760605) “DEFECTIVE”, for which I returned it to service yesterday, Mr. Fabio Acerra (chief mechanic) and Mr. Henry Delgado are aware of this. The vehicle was left in front of the service and I have already contacted the bank in the capital that I have now stopped owning and I will NOT continue with any installment payment. Take back the faulty machine you sold me and see what to do with it... I am no longer responsible for it and HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY.

.. This time, my return leased 2020 Camry was worth a lot more than the buyout. I brought it to their used car section and a deal was made with a handshake. A week or two later I had to extend the lease as my new car has not as yet arrived. Only 42 days later. it arrived. The rude and abrupt young manager in the used car dept. said "We don't need another Hybrid. We can't sell hybrids here". He would not accept my 15,000 mile absolute pristine Camry XLE Hybrid, and told me to he was doing me a "favor" by recommending another Toyota dealer. Totally frustrated, I left. My car was not sold to that dealer, but to one another 5 only miles north who was more than polite and quite anxious to have the car in their inventory. This Al Hendrickson young arrogant Used Car Manager was a poor representative of the Al Hendrickson dealership and who told me that the deal and handshake that was made the former polite Manager was of no interest to them!. Clearly they lost a pristine car for their inventory and had me, a good customer, traveling to other dealers where I was left to settle on a quick sale. On the POSITIVE SIDE, picking up my replacement 2023 Camry XLE Hybrid was a true PLEASURE at Al Hendrickson Toyota It was FAST, EASY.and PROFESSIONAL and I was treated as a customer should be treated,.
