My husband and I arrived an hour early for the appointment and were seen right away. Zoltan was friendly, polite and accommodating. His enthusiasm for the Mercedes brand was infectious but NOT overwhelming. He worked very hard to ensure that I drove two vehicles that would meet my needs and that I had the opportunity to decide which one was the best fit. Jessica in the finance department was helpful and provided options with no pressure. The dealership was sparkling clean, welcoming and comfortable. I love my new vehicle and the entire experience was pleasant and painless! I highly recommend Zoltan Krempaszky and the Crown Eurocar dealership. More
