This is the 5th Ford I have leased. Better experience this time than other times. With the ST recall still going on I coundnt lease one of them, so I leased a XLT Ford Explorer with the Better experience this time than other times. The car was not properly prepped for pickup. It wasn't clean. There was still plastic left in several places inside and residue on the outer chrome. The windows had streaks so the salesman had someone come and wipe them. Delivery was 4 days late and I had to call them for info. My 4th lease and the customer service is not the same. Disappointing.
