Dana Ford is the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. After scheduling an appointment with me confirming a new vehicle was there to be shown, I was informed upon arrival that the vehicle was dealt with. After scheduling an appointment with me confirming a new vehicle was there to be shown, I was informed upon arrival that the vehicle was not on site because the dealership owner was joy riding it as his personal vehicle. The dealership owner had put almost 500 miles on the vehicle and then the dealership was absolutely unwilling to negotiate. Buyer beware. More
