I chose the 630am appointment for an oil change and Derrick Howard got me all processed and to my surprise, advised me that I had oil changes and tire rotation with the purchase of my vehicle! It did take a little longer than I had hoped having the 630am appointment, I would have liked to be done within a hour. I left around 810am. Other than the time it took, it was exceptional service and I will definitely be back!! More

Derrick Howard took good care of me when my car had an unexpected issue when I was visiting Tampa. I called Toyota Service with Derrick picking up. I explained to him my issue, check engine light off with unexpected issue when I was visiting Tampa. I called Toyota Service with Derrick picking up. I explained to him my issue, check engine light off with my car rumbling both in parked and in driving, one of my ignition coil needing to be replaced after I had it diagnosed at auto shop. I felt very reassured when speaking with him over the phone and was expecting my arrival shortly after. He explained to me what was going on with my car before and the entire process of my car being evaluated and handled while waiting for it. He is very knowledgeable, communicative, and am glad to have been taken care of by him. If future problems arise and am in Tampa, I will gladly work with Derrick again! Deserves a raise. More
