Took 3 visits complaining about unkniwn noise while getting two tire rotations till finally had a flat to go another $1000 in debt for new set to finally get rid of the noise was coming from the bad ti getting two tire rotations till finally had a flat to go another $1000 in debt for new set to finally get rid of the noise was coming from the bad tires. Only last service rep brought up that I had driven the tires beyond their expected life over 50k miles. Got better tires to last another 4 years at least beats dryrotted used tires or paying twice that in dealer fees for a new car and prices that are too xxxx high! More

Every part that was installed was faulty. Had to come back because the hub that was installed was grinding. The techs said no issues and couldn’t hear it. The next day the axle broke and had Had to come back because the hub that was installed was grinding. The techs said no issues and couldn’t hear it. The next day the axle broke and had to be brought back. I would like a credit back for the hub job as I don’t trust the service department and don’t want to waste anymore of my time. More
