Derrick Howard took good care of me when my car had an unexpected issue when I was visiting Tampa. I called Toyota Service with Derrick picking up. I explained to him my issue, check engine light off with unexpected issue when I was visiting Tampa. I called Toyota Service with Derrick picking up. I explained to him my issue, check engine light off with my car rumbling both in parked and in driving, one of my ignition coil needing to be replaced after I had it diagnosed at auto shop. I felt very reassured when speaking with him over the phone and was expecting my arrival shortly after. He explained to me what was going on with my car before and the entire process of my car being evaluated and handled while waiting for it. He is very knowledgeable, communicative, and am glad to have been taken care of by him. If future problems arise and am in Tampa, I will gladly work with Derrick again! Deserves a raise. More

Each purchase we were taken care of and if an issue came about it was taken care. We have been getting all of our cars serviced here for the past 7 years. We have no issues or complaints. Derrick Howard and Taylor Francis are our service advisors and they always are honest with us on when the repairs should be done. We have built a relationship with this dealership. We have also rented several vehicles from TOTB. Jonathan and Mike are wonderful and helpful. They make the rental process easy. We have rented trucks, minivans, and a corolla with no issues.
