Terrible communication seems like a toxic work place seems like the technicians are guessing about what is wrong with the cars and how to fix them. Dealing with the female service writer is an awful exp seems like the technicians are guessing about what is wrong with the cars and how to fix them. Dealing with the female service writer is an awful experience. I bought my vehicle there but I don't think I'm going to return again for service unless something changes there. I almost felt like I was an inconvenience because I was having an issue with my vehicle. I had to bring my vehicle in for the same problem 3 times. One time I showed for my appointment and there was no one there that could fix my vehicle so I had to make another appointment and come back again. All I needed done was get a key programmed to my vehicle. I made my appointment for 8am and when I came in to get my key done it took 2 hours. More

Very efficient. I love Hamilton VW. I purchased my Jetta from this dealership and the service has been unmatched by any other VW dealer. My car had been 100% dealer serviced with 324K m I purchased my Jetta from this dealership and the service has been unmatched by any other VW dealer. My car had been 100% dealer serviced with 324K miles and it runs almost as smoothly as the day I bought it. I can’t complain about any needed servicing at this mileage because clearly it is time. Your professionals are honest and they treat me wonderful. I’m always greeted by name. Ginny deserves special recognition for her customer service. I believe she is an unrecognized gem, and probably under appreciated. She should be training others and be in a management role after all of these years of service. Scott was also very attentive and prioritized all of my issues per my request. Finally, the loaner car has saved me considering the fact that the issue arose when I was expecting out of town family and needed the transportation. Hamilton VW is a model that should be replicated through out your system. More

Took the car to the dealership to address multiple recalls. Ability to borrow a loaner and courteous staff is always great at this location. However, I had to reschedule because the initial estimate w recalls. Ability to borrow a loaner and courteous staff is always great at this location. However, I had to reschedule because the initial estimate was 3 days. On the day of drop-off, the estimate changed to same day pick-up, followed by an another call that it will take a week. Even after leaving the car at the dealership for a week, the myVW app continues to say ‘Repair needed - Over-the-air-update to version 3.2.12 - issue date 12/24/2023’. Also, after the repair, second stopped working. More

They had to find my missing TOOT. And flush the rear. Normally ya get a TOOT TOOT. But I was TOOT toot. Wasn't the standard hrn. Being fully hny is important...but I was Impotent And flush the rear. Normally ya get a TOOT TOOT. But I was TOOT toot. Wasn't the standard hrn. Being fully hny is important...but I was Impotent, missing one end of hrness. Turns out it was the low hanging horn tone. Kinda like the horn was hanging drooping, old age? But got a new one on order, so I can go back and get my horn replaced, to bring back it's potency. you know my Uncle Todd travels with me a lot, and recently when I would blow my own horn, it was just impotent, and Uncle Todd doesn't like the lack of horn, it's very impotent. So I explained it will get operated on, and the power of the horn will be potent again. And this keeps Uncle Todd going knowing the horn impotency can be made potent again. Along with xxxxx fixes, got the haldex fluid changed, replaced, so everything is properly lubed in the rear end. Also brake fluid flush, so it stops as good as it goes. As always, well done, prompt, correct and efficient. hmvw is the only place that keeps Uncle Todd going, happy in his old Todd years, he knows hmvw can bring it all back to full potency, no more limp sounding horn... More
