Came in for last of 24 months complimentary coverage. Apparently if you come a couple of days after coverage “expiration” they refuse to do it. Haven’t received any notification that my coverage expires. Apparently if you come a couple of days after coverage “expiration” they refuse to do it. Haven’t received any notification that my coverage expires. Never had such thing with Toyota. They offered to do free oil change and tire rotation, but refused to change air filter. On top of that it took them an hour and a half to do it. If you schedule people at 7:30 they should be out 8:30 the latest. Won’t go back and not sure if I buy another Subaru. They look for ways to not fulfill their own warranty. More
