The dealer is great. The service was quick only one comment. The pre service inspection showed worn windshield wiper blades but the representative did not say anything ab The service was quick only one comment. Took my car in with no check engine light on for a recall. I received the car back and the very next morning my car died, and the dash was lit up like a Christmas tree. I was then told that my car is recall. I received the car back and the very next morning my car died, and the dash was lit up like a Christmas tree. I was then told that my car is old and it's my fault and have to fix my car. Car was running great until they touched it and now, I'm stuck with a bad car and expensive repairs to fix. They pulled the engine completely out and said my wire harness not working was my fault. I never even touched the harness, they did. I literally just drove it home.... Worst service ever at a dealership. More

Subaru of El Paso truly makes us feel at home. We’re always greeted with a smile and most of the staff calls us by name. I needed a battery for my 2018 Subaru Outback. I was stuck as my battery died and I had to be towed. I was charged 480 dollars for a battery that you can buy at any Autozone for 200 bucks. They also tried to charge me 100 dollars to rotate my tires, a service that is free at any Bell Tire. This dealership over charges and and takes advantage. Don’t use them. More
