Did not have needed parts although detailed service repair reservation was made a week ahead. Didn’t tell me until 1 1/2 hours into the service. Sent me home in a loaner car. Changed which services wou repair reservation was made a week ahead. Didn’t tell me until 1 1/2 hours into the service. Sent me home in a loaner car. Changed which services would be done and the cost 5 days later. Tried to do additional work. Then tried to keep vehicle for another few months while waiting on a part. More
