Hyundai experience was excellent in that they took care of my vehicles with no problems. I expected it to take longer than 2 months but was very surprised at how quickly they took care of it! I keep getting the answer that they can’t replicate the issue, therefore they can’t do anything. They don’t even try any diagnostics that make sense to even try to delve in and solve the problem.
