Overall great experience with Luis. The only reason we’re not buying a Toyota is because after test driving the Lexus version of the vehicle the overall car performance was better. But when my wife lets me b not buying a Toyota is because after test driving the Lexus version of the vehicle the overall car performance was better. But when my wife lets me buy the new Supra I will be looking for Luis. Luis Morales worked with us to purchase a new RAV4 hybrid. He was very knowledgeable and was able to secure a vehicle in these trying times. He and Penn Toyota honored the purchase agreement initial hybrid. He was very knowledgeable and was able to secure a vehicle in these trying times. In the end we went with finance offered by Toyota, Sean Haghighi, who was able to find a rate lower than our best bank rate. I highly recommend this dealership. More
