Chris Mignano is very knowledgeable and patient. He will do his best to find you the vehicle you want at a very fair price. Simply said, Chris is not only a great sales manager but an exceptional person. Also, Nick was very helpful, honest and direct. Luis made the entire car buying process “smooth as silk.” He kept me informed on the status of both vehicles that I had ordered. Once the vehicles were delivered, Luis spent significant time showing me the functionality of the vehicles. In addition, he set up the Toyota application on my phone and answered a slew of questions. The fit and finish of my Venza and 4Runner are exceptional! More

I walked into Penn Toyota after a bad experience at Millennium Toyota. I was looking for a Rav 4 . I loved the color lunar rock from the moment I saw it. At Millennium they had a 2021, .no extra perks Millennium Toyota. I was looking for a Rav 4 . I loved the color lunar rock from the moment I saw it. At Millennium they had a 2021, .no extra perks to it I but left a 500 deposit. I went home and told my family. They said I was out of my mind. The financial lady was charging me 6% interest with a credit score of 808. She said the car only comes with a one year warranty and said I should purchase an additional 6 years for the warranty. What do I know, this is all new to me. All she kept saying its only 69 $ a month extra for the warranty ,75 months and for the interest it's only 100 per month for75 months. Well, after doing more research within 24 hours I found Penn Toyota. What a God send. Luis was my contact. Luis treated me as if I were a family member. He was so direct and made everything simple to understand. I found the same color car in the lot with all the bells and whistles. Then I met Nick in the finance department. Nick was awesome too. He didn't act as if the money was coming out of his pocket. Nick worked along side of me, making me feel very comfortable and in a way as a special customer. Luis , I cant say enough. He made sure that I was familiar with every button-in the car. I'm an old timer and today, I was just introduced to the 21st century. Lol . Penn Toyota looks out for their customers. I just can't say enough. Oh, as I was getting to leave the show room the manager came out and said he wants to look over the car. Long story short he wants me to go back for two new back tires. The tires had plenty of meat but their policy is everything leaving the show room has to be new. The tires are on back order but that's ok. Plus the car being a 2019 has a few dings.They ordered the paint and are fixing them for me. I can't say enough about Penn Toyota. They're absolutely wonderful. Don't pass them up. Once again ask for Luis for purchasing and Nick in Finance. Trust me, you'll sleep at night. I feel blessed and I love my new car. :) More
