Car repaired with multiple parts replacement including Alternator, spark plug, Ignition coil, though issue still persists in starting the car. Not sure if there was need of replacing these parts. They nee Alternator, spark plug, Ignition coil, though issue still persists in starting the car. Not sure if there was need of replacing these parts. They need to be thorough on their diagnosis. More

I went looking for a car yesterday as my lease on my present Toyota is coming due at the end of January.. Due to the pandemic I was very hesitant about going shopping for a lease replacement .It was a n present Toyota is coming due at the end of January.. Due to the pandemic I was very hesitant about going shopping for a lease replacement .It was a nice afternoon and I thought it would not be too busy as it was 2 days before Xmas Fortunately when I went to Hackensack Toyota, I met with Ariel Castillo. Fast forward I left 5 hours later with a new lease on a 2021 Corolla & drove home with my new car. Ariel is a REAL ASSET to Hackensack Toyota. He is very personable,smart,knows his business very well & does not try to fast talk a customer. He patiently answered all my questions & took the time to explain Everything in detail. I have Never felt so well treated by a car salesman. I am 74 years old and have clearly bought many cars in my life. I think that Ariel should be recognized for the person & salesman that he is. I do not know his history or his sales numbers with Hackensack Toyota, however I am certain that All his customers feel as I do. Barbara Rosen More

They left me in the cold and rain for 20 minutes after they told me it was ready. they didnt apoligize. If it wasnt free i wouldnt go back. Three people came by to ask me what car i was waiting for. Not happy that the price I was quoted for was not the price Toyota wanted to charge me. Toyota needs to be clear about additional charges, such as environmental recycling fees(which is nonsense for rotor price Toyota wanted to charge me. Toyota needs to be clear about additional charges, such as environmental recycling fees(which is nonsense for rotors as I know Toyota can get $ (scrap metal) for these. I have had rotors done at other facilities and never been charged for this. Again if you are going to charge for something it needs to be said up front. This is how you conduct honest business as opposed to attempting to add on extra fees when a consumer is paying the bill. I have had one other similar incident where I had a $60 credit which Toyota only wanted to recognition $20 and put the other $40 towards future repairs. If this type of business continues I will seek out another place to conduct my business. More

Had the pleasure of buying a car from Jim. Very knowledgeable, no scam type of man. I got the 2020 Rav4 xle premium and was able to get it for a good price thanks to Jim.
