I was visiting my son in Simsbury and my new Honda Pilot had a glitch in the information screen. . When I contacted the local Hoffman dealership to see if they could help me, they were so accommodating. U had a glitch in the information screen. . RE: car had problems with starting. Kelly in the Service Department carefully reviewed the issue with me. . She was most attentive to the customers concerns that the starter solenoid w Kelly in the Service Department carefully reviewed the issue with me. . She was most attentive to the customers concerns that the starter solenoid was not functioning as designed. Kelly offered the alternative of a re-built starter, if it was required. The car then went through a complete check-up by the qualified Honda mechanics.on site. It was determined that the problem was with the battery. A new battery was installed. The customer picked up the car later in the afternoon. The whole experience was most satisfactory. Additionally, the customer save a significant amount of money because of the trouble-shooting of the Honda mechanics. Well done Hoffman Honda Team. More
