I own a Chevy Bolt which is under the manufacturer recall to replace its battery pack. Nick the service advisor took great care to understand why my car's battery pack was not functioning as it should - he consulted with GM's battery rep and ordered the replacement battery pack. Within a week the new battery was installed. Will not go the any other Chevy dealer in the future since Classic is the best! thanks also the David the sales manager who assisted in the process.

The customer service in the service department is wonderful, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The mechanics in service are always goofing off and take forever to change a tire (I waited about an hour for them to just take my spare out from under my car.) when I dropped my tire off I had no tire sensor issues, when I picked it back up they claimed that I needed new sensors and would give me a quote. This is the second time my car has been in service of some sort and come back with other problems that weren’t previously there. Really long wait times while everyone is sitting around on their phones in the parking lot. Very inconvenient dealership to have to need work done at. But the people at the desk work the hardest of them all.

Just took my 2022 Sierra 4x4 Texas Edition GMC Truck in to have the heated seat chip installed since it was not available when purchased about 6 months ago. Took 2hrs 15 minutes to get there...32 MPG on my 3.0 Diesel which rides like my wife's Navigator. Scheduled an appointment and it was done in an hour. Smooth as silk. Tyler was great in service...even sent me a text to track how it was going or available during service if I had a question. Tyler even told me there would be a free shuttle if I wanted to go eat lunch while waiting. What? First time ever been treated like that and I'm 73.
