Found my dealer for all future car purchases When I walked into Davis Acura I was adamant that I wanted a 2012 Acura MDX with the light interior. Let me tell you, they worked hard to find exactl When I walked into Davis Acura I was adamant that I wanted a 2012 Acura MDX with the light interior. Let me tell you, they worked hard to find exactly what I wanted...however, nothing was fitting the criteria. The manager (his name escapes me) mentioned a 2011 with about 20,000 less miles than the other MDX's we had been looking at. After realizing they were right and that miles is a more accurate view of a car's age then the year, I was convinced. Don't get me wrong, these guys were not pushy, they did not talk to us as if they just wanted a sale. I could seriously go on and on about our entire experience with the staff at Davis Acura, from the receptionist to finance, our experience was nothing short of the best. Robert Davis was pleasant, understanding, he listened to us, was patient and went above and beyond to assure we were happy. It didn't feel like we were buying from a "car salesman" but rather another person who's been in our shoes. Now to the car. This car is phenomenal. We were sold a great car that was maintained and brought up to complete satisfaction. My husband and I were discussing the gas pedal mechanism and how efficient it is for the transmission based on how jumpy people's gas pedal foot seems to be. The ride is comfortable, the wood grain is classy and don't get me started on the seat warmers. I personally do not like to drive but not any more. I make up excuses to drive somewhere and when my husband asks "Do you want to drive or me?", I always say I do! We will always buy Acura's in the future and we will always go to Davis Acura (preferably Robert Davis). More

Before then & since then our experience with the people @ Acura were extremely good. By far, Rich Conti is the best & most knowledgeable salesman we have encountered @ the Acura dealership. We have only purchased one MDX from him, but he was excellent. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to the Acura auto. The best thing about Rich is that even after he sold us our 2012 MDX, he was always available to answer any questions my husband or I might have. He seems very genuine& sincere, & he never blew us off after we bought our car. As far as we are concerned, he never used any high pressure sales pitches with us. He knows the product that he sells, he knows the answers to our questions, & if he doesn't know the answer, he always gets back to us in a timely fashion. My husband & I can't say enough about Rich. He helped to make us feel very comfortable with our purchase. I hope he is still @ Davis Acura when we are ready to buy our next Acura. More
