There is no high-pressure and the experience is completely hassle-free. The entire process takes less than an one hour. The Service Department in Tafel is also top-notch. Good Experience I called to inquire about a Certified Pre-Owned car. The salesperson arranged a test drive. We did not reach an agreement on pricing that day, but eve I called to inquire about a Certified Pre-Owned car. The salesperson arranged a test drive. We did not reach an agreement on pricing that day, but eventually did. The day after I received the car, I noticed the vanity mirror was broken and there were error messages twice for the Distronic system and two other associated systems. I called the dealership and they have ordered the replacement mirror and will check the Distronic system when I get the mirror replaced because it is over 200 miles round trip for me to drive to the dealership. More

Absolutely the Best experience My wife and I have been buying cars for 30+ years and have never had an experience as we did at Tafel Motors. I had emailed David and we talked on the My wife and I have been buying cars for 30+ years and have never had an experience as we did at Tafel Motors. I had emailed David and we talked on the phone over the course of a couple days. We live an hour away and work two hours away from Louisville so David said he would be in on Saturday around 8:30. We arrived at 8:30 and David invited us in 30 minutes before normal business hours. The minute we were in the showroom everyone that was there greeted us with smiles and good mornings. David proceeded to show us around the showroom and talked about the Mercedes history. It was so nice not to have a pressuring sales person but one that takes the time to get to know you and what you are looking for in a car. Then working with Jeff for financing was also another pleasant surprise. He explained everything and went through the options without any pressures of adding on anything that we did not want on the car. Also, Jarress the sales manager, came over and introduced himself which was another pleasant surprise. We talked about the car we had purchased and he was sincere and appreciative that we chose Tafel Motors. Last, but not least, Megan showed us how to use all the options available on the car. Her knowledge was second to none. We are first time Mercedes buyers and highly recommend Tafel Motors to anyone wanting the perfect buying experience. More

I was already in love with the car before I got inside it because my wife and I already have a 2008 smart fortwo passion cabriolet [sic] with the standard gasoline engine that we bought used in 2010. Even after 5 years with it it is still a joy to drive. Mr. McNulty is a fine salesman: no pressure and plenty of knowledge about the car. (I've met many salesmen over the years who've spoken "off the cuff" and been incredibly wrong about the cars they were trying to sell.) I haven't decided to buy yet but I encourage you to go to Tafel Motors and ask for Mr. David McNulty! More
