Dropped my truck off on a Monday (0700 hrs), took till Wednesday to hear back, was told it needed parts, parts weren't available. That was Thursday, was told it would be ready Friday, got no call till later that it would not be ready till Monday. Do you honestly think I would be inclined to bring my truck back in for a visit? Ponder that thought. More

GM needs to extend service warranty on a manufacturing defect you have recognized as such for 2019 The service was fast and the work seems good.
