I did not think a subaru was in reach ! Ok we looked at a new Chevrolet then a ford. Trying to make a choice my wife thought we should look at a Subaru but I told her we could not afford it. The next day my wife and mother in-law went to Tucson Subaru dealership and met Kevin McDougall. After finding our needs (for the same Chevrolet/ford) he suggested the Forester would meet our requirements and much more. Well after they test drove and found out the deal we could get - well my wife proved me wrong and now my mother in-law is the one you see driving a new Subaru with a big smile. Midnight Oil Having waited for over fifteen years to get to the point where I could finally get a new Outback, I felt entitled to being a little picky. After resea Having waited for over fifteen years to get to the point where I could finally get a new Outback, I felt entitled to being a little picky. After researching the '16s for a couple months, a situation arose making it more beneficial to pick up a car rather than wait the 2+ months to order it. After searching the inventories of what seemed like every dealership on the west coast for 2 weeks, I finally found the car I would have ordered on Tucson Subaru's website. Unfortunately it was on a Sunday, it was 10pm, and I was at work. I had a sneaking feeling Murphy's Law would engage and send someone else to the dealership to buy it in the morning. I sent an email of interest and asking for a quote anyways, and imagine my surprise when I got a reply within 20 minutes from Internet Sales Manager Kevin Gribble, with a pdf offer sheet on the car and an invitation to ask more questions, which over the next 1 - 2 hours he continued to do. By 8am the next morning I had a hold deposit placed on the Outback. One week later to the day, I was driving it home to Nevada. And wouldn't you know it, the next morning the car was being looked at by another buyer until the sales person saw "SOLD" written on the keys. Murphy tried, but I won this one, thanks to Kevin's late night efforts. The experience at the dealership (formalities, paper signing, yada yada yada) was fine. Everyone was super friendly. Wouldn't say enjoyable, but only because it's not supposed to be enjoyable - it's everybody's least favorite part of the entire car buying experience. Kinda like saying you had a good time signing your mortgage. But as far as such things go, it was fine, and passed reasonably quickly, which is about as high a praise as the experience can expect to earn! More

Louie very quickly assisted with our paperwork and found us a better deal that we expected all while patting and loving on our pup. We were so pleased with the dealership and the whole staff. We will definitely tell our friends and family and return when we need to buy another vehicle. More

In comparison to the pushy salespeople at Ford, the Subaru team, Sean in particular, were very helpful without being aggressive. Purchase of a new subaru I requested for information online. And no more than 10 min later Trent gave me a call. I told him my situation and he was extremely honest on how my situation might play out. My odds of getting a car were not in my favor. Despite that as soon as I came in, Trent had already had a guy to check my trade in as soon as I pulled up. We started the paper work on my credit to find what we were working with and while it was being processed we started looking at cars. After a little bit of time and patience because I was also deiscussing our options with my wife by phone we decieded on a car I was able to afford. The entire time Trent he kept me updated on where the paper work was on the process and kept me comfortable while I was waiting. The following day I brought my wife in to finish signing the paper work and we decieded to switch to a better car. He was there right when I pulled up and as soon as we said we wanted to switch he once again was fast and extremely professional while also being personalable as we both served in the armed forces. About an hour after coming in and telling we wanted a different car. We were in that car and driving away. I spent 4 days at different dealerships trying to purchase vehicles(and I mean I was at each one for a whole day). My expercience was only amazing and nothing less. I am only going to tell my friends and family about this one dealer. And I will only go to this dealership because I know he will be there to make sure I'm taken care of. Hands down a five star dealer. More
