At first David Hanks was very kind and amazingly knowledgeable for everything about the car and we had a great test-driving experience. Although English is not my first language, Dave was very patient and the communication went smooth. Before I settled for an outback later, Dave warmly contacted me and informed me the advantages of the car regarding to my background but still didn’t let me feel even a little pressure. The negotiation process was stress-free and I also got a very good offer too! Thank you Dave! Basically you can trust what he says which is a quality that a lot of salesmen don’t have now a days. I have had very bad experiences in other dealers before so I can certainly tell the difference. Larry Flakes was also very kind and helped me process the paper works fast enough to get my car registered before sunset since I arrived pretty late in the day. Julie Fialho showed me everything of the car during the picking-up process and she was very patient for my endless questions! In general, I feel really good for this outback-buying experience and I will definitely recommend everyone to get a Subaru in Steve Lewis! More

We stopped in one morning and were simply looking at cars on the lot and Jared happened to walk by and became a huge help immediately. We found our way into the showroom and soon met Peter and found ourselves test driving a car. The process to that point was absolutely pressure free.
