He should be commended for his attitude and customer service. I was treated fairly and enjoyed the no hassle or haggling aspect of the dealership. I would most definitely recommend CBB to anyone who was looking for the professionalism that they extended toward me. The transaction had an added bonus in that they delivered my vehicle to me some 100 miles away.
