I needed to get my front bumper fixed on my car due to an accident during the crazy snow storm (don’t drive a coup in a blizzard) I took it to a dealership that will remain anonymous in Manassas "located off 28 by across from taco bell" and they charged me a ridiculous amount of money. A friend of mine told me about Kingstowne motor cars and I thought why not stop by and ask about my car. At first I was skeptical because of the location it is across the street from Osbourn Park High school in a secluded area. From the moment I pulled up and saw all the luxurious cars they sell I figured waste of my time they are going to charge me an exuberant amount. The moment I walked in the door I was met by Ali and Billy with smiles and great customer service. I was kind of embarrassed to have them look at my 2012 Hyundai genesis because of all the high end vehicles they had in the parking lot but they put my initial embarrassment to rest. After a thorough inspection of my car I was told they could fix it for over 200$ less than what the other dealership charged me. Ali even gave me a ride home in his fancy Mercedes that I was almost hesitant to sit in because I had some gym clothes on and his car was so clean. When it came time to pick up my car Ali came and got me again from my house.. I made sure I was dressed appropriately this time. When i saw my car I noticed not only did they fix the front bumper they also washed my car cleaned the tires and provided a touch up job to my rear bumper as well that I was too cheap to pay for!!!! I was so impressed I tried to give them additional money but Ali would not take it. Customer service is something that I do not expect from a car dealership.. to be frank I always have seen them a sleaz xxxxx looking to get over, Kingstowne MotorCars employees have certainly changed my perspective. When it is time for me to buy a high end car such as a Mercedes or Audi I will certainly only be looking at one dealership all because of the amount of care I received for a mere front bumper. impressed lifelong customer More
